2016 Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo
Students from the Wakeland FFA Chapter competed at the Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo Rabbit Show on Thursday, February 4th through Saturday, February 6th. FFA and 4-H members from across Texas and neighboring states competed at the Fort Worth show with over thirty breeds of rabbits represented. Freshman Paige Musselman had a top twenty finish in the highly competitive Holland Lop Senior Doe Division as well as a 3rd place finish in the Holland Lop Fur Class.

2016 Collin County Junior Livestock Show
The Collin County Junior Livestock Show was held January 4-9 at Myers Event Park in McKinney.  Students from throughout Frisco ISD were able to exhibit their livestock, floral and agricultural mechanics projects through their FFA chapters.  Students put in countless hours of hard work over the summer and fall to prepare their project to be in peak condition for the show. Their hard work paid off with success throughout all areas of the show.
